By accessing the services or using the website, clients are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in the liability waiver and consent of use form.

Clients using Life After services should understand that these services are not offered as a substitute for clinical mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions. Clients will understand and agree that Life After is not talk therapy or life coaching and Life After does not provide psychedelic substances nor do we guide people on psychedelic journeys. You also understand that your counsellor or advisor is not acting as a medical professional.

This waiver of liability includes any risk of attending Life After sessions, engaging in virtual sessions, or attending any events, workshops or other services provided by Life After. Please see the details below:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that psychedelic integration services involve discussions, guidance, and support related to past or future psychedelic experiences. These services do not involve the provision of any illegal substances or direct facilitation of psychedelic experiences. I acknowledge that participating in these services may involve emotional, psychological, and spiritual exploration, which may be intense and challenging. I am aware that these services do not replace professional medical or mental health treatment.

2. Confidentiality: I understand and agree that all information shared during the psychedelic integration sessions will be kept strictly confidential by Life After, except where there is a legal or ethical obligation to disclose information. I understand that the counsellors may consult with supervisors or colleagues to ensure the quality of service and client care, but all identifying information will be kept anonymous.

3. Limitation of Liability: I acknowledge that Life After, its employees, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any actions, choices, or decisions I make as a result of participating in the psychedelic integration services. I understand that Life After is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, or loss of property, arising from my participation in these services.

4. Waiver and Release: I hereby waive, release, and discharge Life After, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the psychedelic integration services. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims for personal injury, emotional distress, or loss of property.

5. Consent of Use: I understand and agree that Life After may use de-identified information about my participation in the psychedelic integration services for research, educational, or promotional purposes. I grant Life After the irrevocable right and permission to use such information in a manner that respects my privacy and confidentiality.
